http://www.fsecommunity.org/aboutus.html
I meant to link to them as "modern" veils I don't like. But you know, it's a matter of taste. I think those look like exaggerated widow weeds.

shortnun
The Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (www.ascjus.org) don't have as much of a problem with stiff necks (from heavy veils) that I've seen in other communities. It's two pieces: the white part underneath fits over the hair like a bonnet and then the black part snaps on top.
Guest Perpetualove
Has anyone seen the "Pillbox" Sisters in Los Angeles? I don't know if they have a website. I think they are Sisters of Charity...and they live in Palos Verdes. I won't say anything until we can find a picture!

Jennifer
I like the veils worn by The Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb10/je...einkleidung.jpg[/img]ters of Mary ;- Edited July 16, 2008 by Jennirom

But for "modern" veils, I think I like the Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara's the best.
