For Police Officers

For police constables, inspectors, sergeants, commanders, PCSOs, and for all involved in the police service in my country and worldwide. For their safety and their sanity in all the madness that they have to deal with, and evil they have to fight against. For all of those who struggle with the trauma of witnessing unspeakable scenes of crime. For all the times they have to knock on a mother's door with bad news. May God give them courage every day.

I pray for the repose of the souls of all my police officer friends and colleagues who died trying to make our streets safer. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen

I also pray for more humility to accept criticisms of the police force without getting angered.
