socalscout
Gas Prices, Heat waves, Tornadoes killing BoyScouts, Children tortured, Terrorist, Economy, people losing homes, ebbing away of any morality or ethics, $2.11 Venti coffees etc. Give me something good to fill my spirit. I know Christ's mercy at the Cross is enough but a little bit of "The Happy" does not hurt either.

I got to go to a Communion service & Adoration today, and I just got up from a nap with my son (who's almost 7 months old - where does the time go?!) I love taking naps with him, because he's quite the snugglebug.

CatherineM
My book launch was a big success. Got some nice press, and I'm to give a radio interview tomorrow, and a signing in Vancouver next week. There's less than a 100 left of the first printing, so they may even go to a second printing. Not bad for a first book.
MissyP89
I found out the other day that I may be able to drive after all. I've waited 3 years to hear that. Edited June 12, 2008 by MissyP89

rhetoricfemme
We just got a third kitty! She's 8 weeks old, and our year old Maine Coon adores her. We got her because 1) We wanted one more. 2) Our three year old cat has a, "No Touchy!" policy, and our year old always wants to play. This little girl has already won his loving heart over with romping and sharing coagulated milk cubes.
