personally as someone who lived a very unchaste and depraved life from my youngest rock n roll days before my conversion.., the healing of memories ,and the [b]habit[/b] of saying, interiorly constantly , the 'prayer of the heart'. -[b]Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me (a sinner)[/b]',and He will come always immediately with His Mercy and graces.. and don't underestimate the power of faithfully making the outward sign of the holy Cross frequently.
Demons flee .
