Apparently, my billing address for my credit card, the address I have lived at since I was 10 months old, is incorrect. Delta seems to think they know my address better than I! Not to mention, that then, as I'm fighting with this for about an hour, it then tells me that it's sold out! FINE! If they don't want my business I WON'T FLY WITH THEM! Roamin Catholic Posted June 10, 2008 Share Posted June 10, 2008 we tried a few different times, I even tried using my computer, even tried my credit cards and it wouldn't work because of a separate issue...It worked on Northwest for a different ticket later in the year. I know other people who have had trouble booking on Delta.. Thats one reason why all of my travel is typically done on US Airways, which has been around 4-6 round trips a year. I used to fly Southwest a lot, love their customer service, but I got tired of driving 2 hours to catch a flight on them. I've flown United a few times, ended up spending the night in a hotel in Denver because of them, of course they paid for it, gave me food vouchers, and a 100$ voucher for travel. Northwest lost my bags once, but I got a free ticket out of the trip. (got the free ticket in exchange to take a later flight) I've had my go around of airlines, and have found Delta to be pretty bad, which saddens me since my mother worked for them while pregnant with me, and I grew up flying them. Oh well, if they don't want my money, not my problem, I'm willing to pay more to fly someone who hasn't screwed me over yet, or at least tries to make it better.
