I've heard people speculate the supreme court justice thing before... are folks serious about that? Does she have judicial experience?

She graduated from Yale and was a lawyer in Arkansas.

she was a prominent attorney. but does she have judicial experience? I'm not using this as a line to bash her like most on here.

but it appears to me like most supreme court justices have actually served as judges. Most of them did not switch from legislative positions.

I was being serious. Plenty of people go straight from being lawyers to Supreme Court Justices. I'm not sure if it is a majority or not, but I remember back during the whole Harriet Miers fiasco that was the response Bush gave to criticism that she wasn't a judge.
