rhetoricfemme
Amazing album, and great song. It killed Coldplay for a long while for me, though, lol. For a few months before that album came out, I had already been on a huge Snow Patrol/Coldplay kick, and had no idea about Viva La Vida's existence. I was already kind of sick of mellow rock from binging on it, then that album came out, I got re-obsessed, and yeah... But I can happily listen to all things Coldplay once again! Not A Mallard
I can probably listen to this song for hours and not get tired of it.

Wikitiki
Though I don't listen to Coldplay much, and have actually never listened to the song itself very closely, there are certain factors that prevent me from-- possibly ever-- liking it. Mainly a load of cellos (and others, but mostly cellos) always playing it. Always, in some pre-teen/teen-filled orchestra, there's at least one person that just won't stop once they've figured it out. And then add that to all the times the multiple orchestras I've been part of have actually played it all together for concerts. Trust me, it can get old.
