Don John of Austria
In no particular order. Becket A Man for all Seasons The Black Robe THe Mission Romero I confess Brother son Sister moon I don't know if it is one of my favorites but Brother son Sister moon is pretty good.... its just a bit too 70's for me. Boondock saints both I and II--- yes its very violent, but well Catholics are not always supposed to be peaceful, think of them as modern Crusaders. Crusaders with foul mouths. When I get a good Cusader movie maybe I take it off the list. I'll have to think about the other

I don't know if it was Catholic in theme, but it was pretty good. It could certianly be analyzed in a Catholic moral teaching point of view, I think it would come out pretty well. carmenchristi
1. The scarlet and the black 2. The trouble with angels 3. I confess ... those are my top three that come to mind right away. btw my confessor knew a man who was a mechanic in the vatican at the time of Fr. O'Flaherty and said that the movie was not exaggerated but TONED DOWN. He did even crazier things than what the movie shows.... my all time favorate. It's so epic! Gregory Peck is amazing! as is Christopher Plummer, for that matter Edited May 29, 2011 by MeteorShower
