CatherineM
Shoes of the Fisherman for showing behind the scene things we don't ordinarily get to see. Agony and the Ecstasy. Mother Teresa The Quiet Man and Ryan's Daughter showed priests as real people in their community. Therese The Trouble with Angels and Where Angels Go Trouble Follows because it reminds me of growing up with nuns. Heaven Knows Mr. Allison. It a new movie and I hope lots of people on Phatmass have seen it, and those who haven't yet need to get their hands on the DVD immediately. dustthouart
I Confess, the Hitchcock film. A priest is under suspicion for a murder, but the murderer confessed to him, but because of the seal he can't tell. OH SUSPENSE Bella - I thought the ending was way too quick but still a great movie. Brideshead Revisited, the miniseries -- NOT the horrible new movie A Man For All Seasons -- St. Thomas More is awesome. the Passion of the Christ --Makes me cry every time.
