We are all priests, prophets, and kings through Baptism, the prophetic role meaning that we are all called to evangelize. Furthermore, in a certian sense, people who receive private revelations could be called prophets, but since we aren't obliged to believe any particular private revelations, we wouldn't really call them prophets in any official sense, just in the sense that their actions may or may not be prophetic in nature.
