SaintOlaf
21 first cousins. Most are from my mom's side of the family (not Catholic) 6 from my dads side. All the ones on my mom's side (except for 2) are younguns though, more like nieces and nephews than cousins Edited May 5, 2008 by SaintOlaf

StColette
Only 4 on my dad's side. My father and aunt were the only ones to have kids, she died at the age of 29 leaving four kids and my dad has four. My dad's other two sisters do not have any children, one aunt never married and the other was never able to have kids. On my mom sides I have umm... 6. CatherineM
I've got 4 first cousins on my mom's side (Protestants from 2 aunts), and 5 on my dad's side (Catholic from 1 uncle). I've got 17 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. I'm actually closer in age to my nieces and nephews than to my cousins.

Justin86
My grandfather left his first family when my dad was a boy, and he did start another family, but I don't know anything about them In either case, I know of only one cousin on my father's side. My mother was an only child. No, they weren't Catholic.
IcePrincessKRS
12. 4 on my Dad's side, 8 on my Mom's side.
63.
Thats going to be my kids. lol They already have 26 on Matt's side of the family and and 6 on mine (so 32 total). My husband and I both come from large families (11 and 12 siblings, respectively). I'm at the "top of the line" and he's near the end, which is why there are so many cousins on that side of the family already. Only 4 kids in my family are married so far, versus only 4 NOT married in his family. lol
franciscanheart
I think it'll be a few generations yet before there are a lot of cousins. And that'll only happen if I end up married! lol. I have... 10 cousins and no chance of having more. (5 on my mom's side, 5 on my dad's)
Azriel
I have 13 total. My Husband has around 46-50. Our poor daughter has no first cousins. I am an only child, and my husbands sister doesn't have children. Its a good thing she is close to my cousin's kids. Families are important!
