Cure of Ars
I know at least 2 sources of truth. There is Revelation (both Scriptural and Tradition) and there is science. Is there any other means that lead to truth?
dairygirl4u2c
what about apparitions etc? if this is tradition, then sure. but it's usualy not connotated as that. if some apparitions are true even if it's personal information, then they must lead to truth. what about interacting with people, and asking questions etc? calling that "science" doesn't seem to strike what science is or if you include that then it's putting sceince too large. plus, if you wanted to split hairs, you might say math isn't science... but taht is not a good argument as it's roughtly the same thing. Cure of Ars
I think math and logic probably qualify as being distinct from science. Personal revelation does as well but not to society as a whole. I was also thinking the experience of being human also gives insight into truth. I guess this would fit into revelation through creation. But if you make this category this large then it probably fits science, math logic and philosophy. I'm still not sure
