They should make is so you can't spam people unless you have so many posts or something like this. This would at least make it harder and a lot of work to open another account. Last I looked, Helen20 had 0 posts.

Sorry guys, I had thought she was banned after the initial report of spam messages. I've banned her SN for now, and hopefully this will cease. If she starts up again with a new SN we'll dig up her IP and have dust (the ultra-handsome) block it. Let us know if you get any more messages, please!

Some interesting info that I've come across after a bit of digging:

1. Helen20's computer is in Africa.
2. The IP address 41.208.134.* is associated with the following registration information:
Seydou Bocar THIAM
6 Rue Wagane DIOUF
BP 69 Dakar
SENEGAL

Why is this interesting? Because the "Miss Clara" Equitorial Trust Bank PLC London scam and the "Senegal Sweetheart" scam were sent from West African countries and with IP addresses bearing "Seydou Bocar THIAM" in the AfriNIC Whois information.

Rather than being a spam bot I would speculate that this "helen20" user is a scammer over in Africa trying to rope people into some sort of ludicrous con. Please ignore these PMs and do not write to the email address provided.

These scams are all of the same genre and I suspect that if one were to email "Helen" they would get the same kind of nonsense.
A beautiful young woman in some kind of predicament and after a pic or two (of a beautiful woman of course) and some sweet talking you'll be asked to help this woman get out of her unfortunate situation (perhaps she'll be a refugee or an American girl trapped in Africa because her mean parents... could be any ludicrous story). The bottom line is that you'll be led to think that a beautiful woman is interested in you and if you give her some money or your bank account information she'll come to your country and run away with you.
These scams are patently absurd but from time to time people fall for them so they keep on spamming.
In reality this beautiful young woman is likely some dude in a dumpy office building over in West Africa getting paid to scam dumb foreigners.

The other popular variation is the "money transfer" scam. This is where they try to get your bank information to supposedly transfer millions of dollars into it but in reality they empty out your money. The Miss Clara scam was of this sort. Here is one of the emails that you would get from "Miss Clara" after perhaps some dialogue and the whole fake romance with a beautiful woman thing. Notice that they'll even use religion to try and gain trust.

that we can talk more about my situation here in senegal.
