For Some Friends

Please join me in giving thanks for P's conversion to Christ and the joy that this is bringing her, even in the midst of her depression, and pray that her psychiatric appointment on April 16th isn't too difficult for her. At the moment she's a little frightened about it.

Please pray for the friend who posts as farglefeezlebut on Phatmass, as she continues her struggle against complex mental illness with bravery that she doesn't even know she has. Pray for the people whose cruelty damaged her in the past, that they may know God's peace and forgiveness.

Please give thanks for the encouraging developments in my friend Danni's life. Although her medical prognosis is poor, it looks increasingly likely that her little daughter will be allowed to come home from foster care instead of being adopted. Ask Mother Mary to enfold them both in her mantle; Danni finds her comfort in Mary's prayers.

Finally, pray that M may know God's healing after the abuse and illness that have dominated over half of her young life.
