DameAgnes
Cool pictures! Those Perp. Ador. Sisters look very cheerful - I love their painted walls!
Totus Tuus
Why do I get the impression that photographer had the wrong intentions? Edited March 28, 2008 by Totus Tuus
Guest ambrose
wonderful - those portraits have the gravitas of oil paintings. Thank you P.S. who else loves photos of religious with their animals!!!
Veritas
+ I LOVE the picture of the pink dining room with the picture of the Holy Father! That is certainly a cheerful way to start the day! I love to the picture of the nun holding the skull with the Crucifix behind her -what deep and beautiful symbolism. And the one with the dog -good fun! Thanks for the post! inperpetuity
Thank you for posting that link, interesting pictures. I was so surprised to see Sr. Irene! I corresponded with her for quite awhile back in the summer of 2005. I came very very close to joining her but then entered a community in the states instead. She is actually a consecrated diocesan hermit and is attached to the traditional Mass and sacraments. I absolutely loved the life of her "community", she wants to have sisters join her, but was alone when I was writing to her. There are little hermitages for each sister and a beautiful chapel on the property. Some of them look really strange, especially the close ups .. something about them seems out of context or something ..
