DameAgnes
Let us pray for Sr. Giang and Sr. Deepa as they prepare to recieve the Dominican habit this month. I'm also remembering Sr. Lauren and Sr. Martha, and all women and men discerning vocations to the priesthood or religious life at this time. DameAgnes
There is a great post up, now of the celebration of the investiture - you can see Sr. Lauren and the others serenading the new novices, and the start of compline! At my clothing, the sisters sang a song to the tune of Home of The Range that was adapted to include my love of horses and Diet Coke The new novices look very happy. I will pray for them. dominicansoul
Sr. Mary Amata became a "novice" TODAY on the Feast of the Annunciation. Wow! That's cool!!! OH--- AND TODAY WAS ALSO SR. MARY CATHARINE'S FEAST DAY! I know it's kinda late, but say some prayers for her for on this, her special day. (Prayers are not bound by time anyway.) I communicated with her recently, and she's just as chipper as ever! Very excited about the novitiate at Summit!
