catholicinsd
Rick Santorum / Mitt Romney ticket in 2012? They can run as the clean-up crew after Clinton and Obama are finished.
Santorum probably would be good. Although by then he'll have been out of office for a while. Also I doubt if becomes McCain vs. Obama I think think the former is a shoe-in.
Aloysius
I think a Paul ticket in 2012 would be a real clean up crew. The economic crisis we're heading for with these big-government-spenders is going to be massive. McCain, Romney, Huckabee, Hillary, and Obama are all going to increase the size of the federal government by billions of dollars that we simply do not have. kenrockthefirst
Why can't we put limits on spending and even the playing field a little bit? Is that what all this talk about "campaign finance reform" is about?
We should have federally funded presidential elections that last a couple of months at most, IMHO. Some here, however, would decry that as "socialistic." When we let "the market decide," this is what we get. One dollar, one vote. Do you seriously see a man close to 80 years of age running for or *being* president?
BG45
Question Lounge Daddy...do you go to Drudge Report a lot? Because going there, then reading your PM topics, is like doing the same thing.

apparent
News Barack Obama’s campaign is on track to raise another $30 million in February, sources close to the Illinois senator say, while Hillary Rodham Clinton’s spokesman revealed Wednesday that she had loaned her campaign $5 million. Talk about a people’s mandate, yea

Or maybe I should just read LD's topics, they seem to cover the stories I normally click on anyhow. Now the question...is Lounge Daddy really Matt Drudge in disguise?
