Finding Forgiveness

[size=1]I have spoken a few other times about the same subject...but right now I really need prayers.

I have been hurt by a friend a long time ago, and I find that now all I can feel for her in my heart is hate.
It started out as pain, but that quickly changed.
I thought that refusing to forgive her could somehow give me the revenge I wanted so bad...but its only killing me.

But I cant get rid of these angry, hateful, and revengeful thoughts on my own...I need prayers.
I need to learn to forgive and to throw these poisonous feelings away! They will kill me.
