Brother Adam
So this comes out tomorrow. Sounds like it has Christian themes. Is it worth owning?
thicke
I liked when he said, "God didn't cause this, we did." Something we should all think about all the time.

Is it worth owning?[/quote] I would say so, I'm buying it tomorrow. The movie is very different from the book in some areas (especially the ending), but I never read the book myself, which is why it doesn't effect me. Overall, I liked it a lot. ardillacid
The movie is very distantly related to the book...something along the lines of I, Robot the movie vs. I, Robot the book
filiusInFilio
a friend of mine brought this up, and it goes along the quote "God didn't cause this, we did." as we were walkin out he was saying that it was all caused by a thing people saw as a good....usually what sin is.....it isn't until we indulge ourselves in it that we really see it for what its worth........i was too busy freaking out over Fred and hating those stupid zombie dogs for messing with Sam anyways, its pretty simple but very true..... i saw it more in The Invasion. not so much about a "good" which is really a perversion but more along the lines that, in sin, we're like zombies who pretend to think the world is just fine although we allow this foreign thing not of this world to take us over... LSW
I think it was a pretty good movie. Saw on dvd few days ago. But doesn't Will Smith's character contradict himself a bit? First he says "God didn't do this. We did." But later in the movie he goes on a rant basically telling Anna that there is no God because no loving God would let all of this happen. What do you guys think?
