I just did: visually this is a rather static excerpt from the long documentary. Subtitles are given, thankfully, when the monk responds to questions, or volunteers opinions. Thankfully, because his voice is so soft and low that you can scarcely hear his actual French speech. So, given all those limitations, if you want to see some inspiring subtitles...the other posters are correct, this is a very moving moment.
