I do sometimes...it's my favorite on that channel possibly, because it's not all dumbed down recipes but at the same time simple enough to understand, plus it's cool to know about the chemical reactions and the like. It's pretty unique, as cooking shows go...

Good Eats is awesome! Alton Brown is just the most amazing thing on the Food Network. His book "I'm just here for the food" yeah, Good Reading.

I'm not ashamed to say this but it's filmed in my part of the neighborhood....so all of the stores that he goes to, I do too. :hehe:

i DREAM about having my own cooking show on food network.

Alton Brown is Hilarious. Good Eats is a great program. He does a pretty good job for the commentator in Iron Chef America (though I enjoy the Japanese version more thoroughly)
