Fiance Wants To Pray The Rosary...

So my fiance who has a Baptist upbringing just up and says last night that she wants to learn to pray the rosary! I was surprised to say the least. I think it has to do with the fact that I told her how much I miss praying the rosary with my family before my parents split up. Also she has made friends with a Catholic high school teacher and he told her that if you pray the rosary "you will never be overcome by adversity". Like you will still have adversity just not be overcome by it. She has a lot of stress because of her new job as a high school teacher and I try to help as much as I can but it's not enough.

Problem is I don't really know how to pray the rosary. I havent done so since I was a child. Is there a web resource with instructions? She is also really curious about the mysteries and keeps asking me what they mean but I dont really know. Can someone explain the mysteries to me?
