Yoga And Christian Yoga Question

What is Yoga for Christians? I heard it is wrong to practice yoga but what about Christian yoga? I was looking at the Trappists monks in Georgia website and they have classes to Yoga for Christians during their retreat. Is this practice allowed? I thought it was strange when i read it? Thanks

In my experience such things are often a strong sign of a community involved in heterodox new age ideas.
