mortify
Well I asked a seminarian about your case, he said under the circumstances it's not persmissible for you to miss mass.

Daniel9
Yeah, I know all that. It's just on top of everything else, why do I have to deal with this too?
Good question! Apparently God has you dealing with this situation for some reason. Stick with it, embrace it, thank Him for it and learn by it. Believe me, I look back on events in my life and can see now how I needed certain things to happen, but didn't understand it at the time. God bless! If the Priest is changing the words around in the consecration, that is a problem.
He's not doing that. I pay VERY close attention to that. I'm trying to find out if there's a 5:30 p.m Mass around here. I think I heard of one once.
Justin86
There is a 5 p.m Mass at Kadena, which smells of elderberries completely as I have to pay a taxi cab(honcho as we call them) to get there instead of taking a free bus. I hope this doesn't cost me more than $30. Jesus better be happy. Edited October 21, 2007 by Justin86

Ash Wednesday
Hey, at least you have a regular priest available to say mass. I'm visiting family in Norway and the new priest is really disorganized about being available to celebrate mass or letting people know if mass will be available, and priests aren't exactly in bumper crop supply in Norway.
