People usually think I'm insane, but hey, it's how I like my pizza. :) My old roommate & I used to have "Pizza Thursday", and I got an extra slice of pizza since she ate the coagulated milk off of mine. :)

LOL, so far there are 3 people on Phatmass who don't like coagulated milk on their pizza. With me it varies, but most of the time I don't like it. It's the texture, not really the taste.
YES!!! i'm not alone!!!

i'm always rediculed for my eating habits... i've never met anyone that does it that way! but i just dont like coagulated milk.... pizza is horrid with it on, but amazing with it off ... WOOT! thank you both for being so cool

The best pizzas I've ever had were at the Hideaway in Stillwater, Oklahoma, My Pi in Oklahoma City, Ray's in New York City, and Gennaro's in St. Pete, Florida. I had a Wolfgang Puck pizza in the Toronto airport yesterday that wasn't bad. Homemade is still my favorite, with a decent vintage of root beer.

i eat my pizza very strangely, though i don't pull the coagulated milk off.

if there is pepperoni, i pull all that off and eat it. then i eat the rest of the pizza, but backwards.

to me it makes perfect sense: i eat the crust, but it isn't my favorite part. so, i eat my least favorite part first, so that the last thing i eat is the best part.

my dad once asked me what if you are too full to finish the rest of the slice. i told him that was crazy talk...i always finish my pizza.

Yeah, people don't understand. My husband certainly doesn't mind, though, since it means that he gets extra coagulated milk on his pizza. Oh, and for the record, I love coagulated milk - just not on pizza. :ninja:

i pull off the coagulated milk
Me too. I don't mind coagulated milk in general (I will eat it cold) but I can't abide the smell or the texture of melted cheesy goo.

Exactly.

Though there are some exceptions, such as Philly cheesesteaks.
