dUSt
You could always invite the non-Catholics to phatmass where we NEVER ban anybody based on theological arguments. Why in the world would we not welcome different theological views if we are truly seeking a firm understanding of the truth? I don't get it. Doesn't one become stronger in their own faith by truly understanding the other side? How would we know good if there was no evil? How would we be able to appreciate light if we never knew darkness? Laudate_Dominum
I hope some of them do come here. There hasn't been much action lately in the Church Militant arena.

Jake Huether
I just went over there to look. There's one thread called "help me find a Church" or something. It made me think... How sad God must be about this division. When one becomes a Christian, why should they have this stumbling block before them? Uh, it makes me sick to think of all the would-be-Christians who are turned off by the simple fact that there are so many "Churches" to decide from. If only the reformers had "reformed" from within. Lord, not mine, but your WILL be done.
Jake Huether
God, help me. I'm so depressed after reading a thread there on contraception. Good Lord, have mercy on us sinners. There were so many people on the PILL there I couldn't help but think of all the lost innocents! It is absolute pandamonium. One person is fine with it. Another uses it, but has slight headaches. Another uses it and it also helps clear her skin. One uses it and it also lessens her period. One brings up the fact that it could cause an abortion. Abother gets on and says "oh, I think that's in the past". The conversation continues without further investigation or care in the world about the LIFE at stake. NFP is mentioned, but only in passing. If you want a glimps of hell, read that thread. No joke. The good Lord has mercy, no doubt. and these people are obviously ignorant. So, I entrust them to Divine Mercy. And I do not judge the state of their souls. But the conversation in appearance spews forth flames and sulfer.. We need to pray and we need to pray HARD for our world. Fasting and prayer, fasting and prayer, fasting and prayer.

Jake Huether
Well, praise be to God. I just checked the site, and it looks like the thread took a turn for the better. The NFP conversation picked back up and so the inquiring party did some research on it. It looks like she will use that method!
Lounge Daddy
Done, Jake. Earlier I said “Mr. Daddy” because I believe in the family, and I have six children. I am not much of a debater… but as far as God’s plan for the family, I am open to dialog. Bring it on.
