Do you bite your thumb at me, sir?

54 out of 60 right (90%) I'm a social science major. Disciplines tend to overlap. I've had more econ than I care for.

Not too bad, given that I'm not American or a fan of economics. :)
Same score as me. And though I am technically American, my ancestors came from Portugal. Except for those who came from England and the ones that have been here since the Revolution... Okay, I'm just stupid. :topsy:

I took that the other day and got 55% - history is just not my thing - I did far better with the economics questions.

So, I read the following posts in order, not paying attention to the quote that HSMom had in hers:
Didn't you fight in the war of 1812?

Me too....
It struck me as funny. :hehehe:

 Sorry, HSMom...

The economics ate my lunch. I think I spent most of my time in Econ in college at happy hour.

You can take the quiz as often as you like, however, your score will only count once toward the monthly average.

And I didn't even have to take Constitutional Law! Just had to be a history buff. :cowboy:

:rain:
yeah ... I wouldn't have known many things were it not for con law, being as I'm not a history buff or all that interested in economics ...

:yahoo: :nerd:

i'll be honest, i love this stuff. my degree is in international studies, concentration latin america so the econ/political system questions were easy.

i also took AP US History and Government, love US History and teach it.
Question #24 - D. A political system where state and national governments share power.
out of the two i got wrong, the first one i should have gotten right because i had the right answer and second guessed myself. <_< i KNOW what federalism is, duh
Question #58 - B. An increase in the volume of commercial bank loans.
other one, i can remember Prof. Fratantono speaking about the Fed's buying and selling power and its effect on the market, but the words are a little fuzzy, so i just guessed. but i know why the answer is the right one. man i loved that class (Global Economics). SO much fun. SUPER :nerd:

today was a frustrating day, so can i just say this made my nite? :D super fun, thanks for the link!! ^_^
