Women who are interested in the active religious community should check the Congregtion of the Religious of the Virgin Mary known today as the RVM Sisters. Founded by Mother Ignacia of the Holy Spirit in 1684. Please visit them in the world wide web: http://www.rvmonline.net

They are in California, New Jersey, and Canada.

Thank you.

Hi! I am new to the forum. I am in my 20's and I feel attraction to religious life. I am looking for a community who believes in the teaching and the magesterium of the Catholic Church. I also love the Blessed Mother so I am drawn to a Marian community. Please pray for me.

Hey Rhea,

I'm new here also. There is a great order of religious sisters in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. They are called the Sisters of Our Lady Immaculate. They are Marian and Magisterial. Their charism is to offer their lives to Christ by living religious life faithfully, and teaching the Faith correctly and courageously. They teach Catechism and take care of the elderly. Their site is:

Sorry about hijacking the RVM thread, but I couldn't resist myself :hijack:
