CHIMP!!!
um... someone's finger on the wrong key?
It was a very bad movie. Worse than the first. Songs were horrible. Didn't like it at all.
I haven't seen it yet, but you know the "what time is it? it's our vacation" song? despite the part where they were dancing in front of the school when they sang that, I had no idea what they said after "what time is it?" the best I could come up with was "concentration", which made absolutely no sense... I finally got it when the kids (the ones I babysat all summer, if you didn't pick that up) started singing along during a commercial.
tvu_srfan
Ok I admit, when I first heard of High School Musical, I used to make fun of it. I thought it was lame and really stupid. It wasn't until last year when my younger sister got the DVD for her birthday and I sat down to watch it a couple of times, when I really, really began to love it. Yeah, there are certain parts of the first movie that make me laugh, not because it's funny, but because some of the acting and lines are just so cheesy. However, obviously like the rest of the world, some people see past the corny and just love it. High School Musical 2 was great and better than the original. And I was pretty impressed, the casts' acting has improved greatly. There seriously isn't any single part that I can pick out and laugh at for the corny acting. The movie kept my attention throughout the whole time, and I was hooked. The plot was a lot better and really well constructed for a Disney Channel Original movie. They really tried to make it bigger and better than the original, and it happened. Zac Efron has really improved, I personally think he learned a lot while being in Hairspray, and Vanessa Hudgens' ballad in the middle of the movie was great..unlike the one that she did in the first movie which is my least favorite song from it. Yes, I have seen other musicals and I love them. This may sound weird but back in middle school my chorus teacher had us study different kinds of musicals for a semester every year. (It was great, watching movies all the time ) So I am not speaking out from ignorance of musicals. The High School Musical movies are great not for the quality, but for clean fun which a lot of popular television today doesn't offer. It's fun, yes..but remember it is a kid's movie..there may be a reason you don't like it ______________ Lifeteen gave this movie 4 1/2 out of 5 stars, and their movie ratings are usually right on the spot. Thank you. I think it was "antisipation"...

Some were going to High School Musical 2 sleepovers and others were just staying home. They loooooooooooooove Zac Efron! I, however, am not a fan of the High School Musicals. Everyones voices are synthesized to sound perfect. Dreadful. It is a cheap musical in my opinion. It doesnt deserve to be in the same catigory as all the other musicals.
yay!!!! someone agrees with me!!!!!!!
