How Can You Explain To People About The 7 Books Thrown Out Of "th

When we look at the Bible prior to Martian Luther in the 15 hundreds we see the inspired book with all the books in the bible, books like Wisdom, Judeth, etc etc, but shortly after Luther's time we see that some bibles have been issued with 7 books banned from the original text, though this still isn't them all, but its quite a few.

However we look at the time past start of the Reformation and we see the 1600's standard issue of the King James Version Bible and it contains all the books. So I have many questions about this.

1) What was the Reason for the removal of the 7 books out of certian bibles and therefore to be left intact in others?

2) How can one explain to people who question the Catholic Bible's Origin, inparticular how do we justify the 7 books in our Bible as being inspired and divine therefore being cannon. How can we explain this??

3) Why is it some protestant bibles, have some references to the books that are thrown out in their side notes? I mean you cannot even use the notes because the books aren't there to fall back on, so why is it if they threw out the books, why are they still in the side notes?
