Lounge Daddy
I'm thinking Clinton. At least she seems to understand the reality of the war... and the need to remain engaged with the enemy. I think Obama would get us all killed. Although I think Clinton would be something close to a female Putin here at home thoughts?

Groo the Wanderer
I would lean toward Obama. Clinton is a known liar cheater crook swindler communist double-talker hippie opportunistic witch and possibly a murderer. Obama is not known yet. I did like his comment on going in Pakystan if their Pres wouldn't get serious on AQ.

People on both sides of the aisle of lambasted Obama for his naive (if not ignorant) notions of foreign policy. Socrates
Who would be preferable, Satan or Beelzelbub? I could not support either in any way. I saw Newt Gingrich on a show a few weeks ago, and he was saying that Obama's policies if elected would be more economically distasterous for the country: aparently Obama's more socialistic than Clinton in his policies. On the so-called "social issues" - abortion, "gay rights," etc., both are totally liberal (evil). [quote name='Groo the Wanderer' post='1351166' date='Aug 6 2007, 12:43 PM']I would lean toward Obama. I think a lot of people get sucked into supporting Obama because they really don't know that much about him, and think he represents some fresh new kind of politics, while in reality he is simply a rather typical socialist liberal Democrat. I tend to agree with my dad, who said he considers Obama more dangerous, because people know what Clinton stands for, while with Obama they don't. (Probably, they'll be running mates, though.) Mercy me
I don't trust one and I have no way of knowing what the other is all about other then what he says to get a vote. The Presidency is not an entry level possition but it is also not one for someone who is not trustworthy.

They both lie and change their story depending on who they talk to. Obama has connections to Farrakhan and is a baby killer... Clinton stole from the Whitehouse and wants to kill every baby... hmmm... That would be a flip a coin choice.... How do you want to die, by the chair or injection? Same outcome either way. curtins
I agree with Socrates, Obama is more dangerous simply because he is so nieave and inexperienced. The pakistan comment was a prime example of his absurdity. That and his desire to have tea with every dictator on the planet. But I'd probably move out of the country if hilary was elected as well. Both would run the country down the tubes. Fred Thompson.

She flip-flops more than any other presidential candidate I have ever seen. However, Barak Obama is not much better. Both are in favor of gay-rights and advocate for abortion. Neither one is any better than the other. Both support evil and are advocates for Satan and I would not support either one of them even if they were the only two candidates. If the only choice for president were Hilary Rodam Clinton or Barak Obama, I would choose Homer Simpson. Edited August 7, 2007 by Anthony

abercius24
Obama seems to be the lesser of two evils, though nowhere near what I would call preferable. He seems to truly believe in what he stands for, and he had to really polish himself and his vision during his campaign run against Alan Keyes. He could unite a lot of disaffected branches of the country given his solid charisma and clear vision. I think he would definitely take us backward on a lot of social issues that are important to Catholics, but nowhere near as backward as Hillary. Hillary on the other hand is affiliated with some very scary and dangerous people. There are still over 40 different unsolved murders related to investigations and prosecutions involving the Clinton Administration, particularly those who worked for Hillary. Vince Foster is probably the most striking of those alleged murders. I would fear for the lives of many innocent people if Hillary became President.
