I'll be away when it's released. :weep:

I'll eventually get my hands on it though. Anyone planning on buying the Legendary package which would be $129.99? It also comes with a Spartan scaled helmet. It'll be sold in other stores as well.

Actually you can wear the helmet, look up the dimensions (size of a biker helmet), Id love to buy the legendary but i wouldnt want to spend that much money. On the other hand If i bought a motor cycle people on the highway would see masterchief cutting them off lol

I have it on pre-order, not the legendary, not the collectors, just the game. In the end, that is all I want, none of the other trappings and "incentives" to jack the price to over $100.

Just my .02 on the whole thing though

It would be awesome if the helmet came with a built in mic so you could wear it while you play, but anyway this game is going to amazing i bet theres gonna be a server crash on day one due to so many people playing online. BTW My gamertag for the 360 is ChuckkNorrus, add me to your FL if you want, maybe we'll see each other in halo 3 online one day.

Well, it really is not so much about the graphics as much as it is about the game itself. If you have played the other ones then you know the type of game it is, and, if it is anything like the other ones, good graphics or not, I cannot wait to play it.

i played the first one, i've only tryed MP for halo 2.
but im still trying to decide on whether to get 360 or Wii.
360 is usually all about graphics and how realist everything is
Wii is touchy, feely + fun

Depends also on the types of games you like to play. If you like getting up and being completely interactive then the Wii is for you, if you, more often than not, enjoy being able to stay in one place and play then the Xbox 360 is for you. Also, though both of them have online access and content that you can dload, the 360 also offers movies in HD, game demos, before the games are released, and old arcade games you can purchase with points. The same is true of the Wii, apart from the fact that you cannot get movies (actually, the Wii cannot even play DVD's) and the games are from the Nintendo consoles and the Sega consoles (Genesis and Dreamcast). Also, truth be told, and maybe this will change in the future, but the Wii has more titles suitable for children rather than adults, the 360 has more adult titles, by far...Gears of War, for one. (BTW, by adult I don't mean adult content (bad stuff) as much as more suitable to adults, in other words, instead of Mario lassoing a barrel, you have a gritty and tough man with a gun shooting up aliens).

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask, I have both consoles.

oh nice! i was actually thinking why not just buy both. Wii is soo cheap but not too many great games at least not yet. Wii online is free so thats a huge +. but as long as the developer takes advantage of it.

does 360 look good on a normal tv? i dont have HD

360 is fine on a normal TV, i use one; however, my friend has HD and it looks much much better. Wii is free online but as of now there are only 2 online games, and you need to exchange friend codes in order to play anyway so the play will be limited unless you have alot of wii playing friends with the same game you have.
