I'm 5'9", making me the tallest female in the family. My roommates always said they kept me around so that I could reach things for them.

Same here. Of course, my feet also grew during that time.

lol Sounds like my in-laws--except for my mother in law who is 5'3" the shortest girl is 5'7" and the boys are all a couple inches above 6'--my husband is the tallest at 6'6" (the next tallest is probably at least 2 or 3 inches shorter than Matt) and was still shorter than his dad (who was 6'7" in his prime, but he's older now and beginning to shrink a little, I think). I feel like a runt. lol

I'm 5' 3 1/3"

not quite enough to round up... but it still sounds better than just 5'3" :D

except cajun people in general are shorter.

haha, thank you! :)
Haha! I'm exactly 5'2 3/4. I also want to grow at least a quarter of an inch.
isn't it frustrating? people ask you how tall you are, and I want so badly to say 5'6", but I'm not... :weep:

 don't worry, I'm not that upset about it. it's just a little thing that's kind of annoying... like how I'm graduating from high school in the class of '10. just ten. not oh-nine, or seventeen, or thirty-five. ten. it sounds so silly...

"what year did you graduate?"
"uh... ten."

 it's a little better if you say twenty-ten, but that still sounds dumb... *sigh* it's just something I have to put up with... ^_^

Could you donate an inch or two?

Oh! lol, yeah I guess I've never thought of it that way. I'm the class of '09, but I'm friends with a lot of people a grade under me and to think class of '10 does sound funny. :D
