Marklin still hand dips, so that they bear the mark of human hands. Cathedral just extrudes wax like ecclesiastical sausages. And Mart Marklin is also a heck of a nice guy. [/quote] If they're at least 51% beeswax they they'd be fine for ecclesiastical use... but if they're not it would probably not be licit. If you mean the Easter vigil, then no, parishes may use water blessed at any time. It is preferable to use water blessed at the vigil, but that presents logisitical problems (storage, volume...).
