puellapaschalis
Hello! The Novitiate here at Colwich have just got permission from the Novice Mistress to begin a blog to complement the Abbey's main website. It's at http://colwichnov.wordpress.com/ - so have a click and keep your eyes peeled! The postulants here are quite exciting about this project, so it'd be really super if there was lots of interest - pass the link round to others too PP (and a couple of rather excited postulants and soon-to-be novices )

Chiquitunga
Wow, you're at such an incredibly beautiful abbey! I had no idea before! It looks like Kylemore Abbey in Ireland. Thanks for giving us a little glimpse into your life in this new blog!

It was a bit nail-biting; one moment we'd seen it had worked...and the bell for Vespers went so we had to shoot off! We showed Mother and Mother between Vespers and Supper, and they both seemed pleased with the work we'd done, and are also quite excited about it. One of the postulants took the photos - she's very talented and everyone is suitably impressed PP

jkaands
The "People' section of the Colwich website has some amazing biographies of the members, extending back to the 17th century. Check it out; http://www.colwichabbey.org.uk/people/people.htm
