cantstopdancin9
Frequent terms used by Shannen Instead of Cursing: "Gosh darn *insert word here*" (You may also shake your fist while doing this) "Oh Raspberries!" "Pooper-scoopers!" "ay chihuahua..." "ay yi yi..." "Well if it weren't for Jesus, Mary, and Joseph *insert babble and muttering*" "Well shoot a monkey..." "Stop the madness!" You are welcome to borrow them as needed. Edited August 1, 2003 by cantstopdancin9

Dave
I think "carp" is one of those words that's not a curse word now but was probably considered a curse word, or at least not a very nice word, many years ago. Other such words would include "smells of elderberries" and "fluffy air extraction."
Don John of Austria
carp is a referance to Thomas Crapper who was the first widespread marketer of the Toilet-- after world war I americans can back from the war calling the Toilet a "Crapper" it was because that name was on most of the Toiloets they had seen thus ( although I understand there is still some debate on this, It makes the most sense to me) "carp ecame the term for what went down the Toilet---mushy mud pie. I have heard him refered to as Sir Crapper but can find no evidence to support the Knighthood of the man who brought you the toilet we know and love, more is the Pitty.
