I'm sure Our Lord is extremely pleased though at your caring for your children. Yeah I can see how in that case, the EF could be like that, like observing from the outside, whereas at the Ordinary Form you would feel more like you've attended Mass, being able to listen to the readings and prayers, while at the same time taking care of your children. After the priest made the announcement for people without kids to stay out it lasted a few weeks but it wasn't long term by any means. The thing that got me was that even aside from his announcement there was even a sign that said it was reserved for parents and children that had been there for ages. Some people will complain about Mom's breastfeeding (or give you weird looks even though you're totally covered) in the middle of the Church, but when you take up the little bit of semi-private space we've got you have no right to complain! This is something that really irks me.[/quote] totally agree - we have a sign that reads "This sitting area reserved For parents with small children and persons with special needs" Can't people read?? /hijack i checked out our diocese website, and nothing has been issued, as i suspected.
