yeah... I came very close to fainting at Mass one time when I ate a sugary cereal (before I knew what was wrong). Normally, I eat leftovers for breakfast. My favorites are pizza and meatballs subs.

I love pizza. It's one of the best things for hypoglycemia.

(Well, it's bad for the hypoglycemia itself. It's good for the person with hypoglycemia.)

No grains and dairy at the moment. I hope to add rice and soy back in though.
This is true for me, too. If I eat a sugary cold cereal for breakfast, in two hours I'll be so hungry that I'm shaking. Guaranteed.
Same here.
Any tips for sudden dizziness? Usually, eating a protein doesn't help at all once I'm really dizzy. I just have to lay down for a few minutes, but am wondering if there's a way to prevent it.
For me, it means I've gone too long without eating. Once it gets to this point, I drink a juice box and know I need to eat a real meal within 15 minutes or so, so that I don't crash.
