slickchic34
As speaking as the next generation who can change the world by speaking up and voting for what we believe is right, how will you vote? Some of you may already be able to vote. if thats the case what are the issues you look for in a person who is running for office and where do stand on those issues. If not, same question but only when you are 18. I'm not 18 yet, but i look for first what the person thinks on all life issues than what else he/she is focusing like taxes, repairs to the city if need be, education, and other big topics. And what are peoples opinions on President Bush? I think he could have done a better, with the saddam housane(i know i didn't spell that right) project. I feel like that he hasn't done something all that special to make me want to elect him again if he could be. But then again it's better than feminist Hilary Clinton to me. I don't know thats my opinion, what are yours?
sunnysideup
I'm not 18 yet but I will be for the next presidential election. My first priority is that the canidate be pro-life! Other than that I'm not that into politics... don't worry though, I'll make an educated vote when the time comes.

Hirsap
Just as an aside: what election counts more in the USA? I know the Presidential one gets publicised way more, but when it comes to laws being passed - and general influence -which one is more important? I miss out this year's federal election in Australia so another 3 yrs bfore I vote.
Bonbon
I'll be looking at their morals. But I won't vote for any demicrates. Even if their morals are good, their plans I don't agree with. I'll be voting for next the presidentail elections! I'm glad i can finally help with what i believe.

tvu_srfan
I'll be 17 during the next election, but if I could vote I would support Senator Sam Brownback-if he goes far enough into the election. He's a catholic convert, he's very strongly pro-life in all cases, and he also wants to put more emphasis on family in our society, which is quickly declining. There are some really good videos on youtube for him: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkcONISJ1V4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Rn_PNA-4Yc
