I've started to do so because of Bishop Sheen, I pray you will as well...
On the day of my Ordination, I made two resolutions:

1. I would offer the Holy Eucharist every Saturday in honor of the Blessed Mother to solicit her protection on my priesthood. The Epistle to the Hebrews bids the priest offer sacrifices not only for others, but also for himself, since his sins are greater because of the dignity of the office.

2. I resolved also to spend a continuous Holy Hour every day in the presence of our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Continued...
I try to make an hour of "divine silance" meaning no talking, and doing little. I usally take a nap (M-F at 1-2pm) If I can't do a whole hour I try to do some part, or I move the hour around if I have to tend to work or the animals.

I find that i have trouble praying unless I am in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. I try to go every day, but the closest adoration chapel is like a half hour away. However, my church is building one!!

nope, but i have been going to daily Mass. after i read this is in the encyclical 'Ecclesia de Eucharistia':
61. .... The path itself is long and strewn with obstacles greater than our human resources alone can overcome, yet we have the Eucharist, and in its presence we can hear in the depths of our hearts, as if they were addressed to us, the same words heard by the Prophet Elijah: “Arise and eat, else the journey will be too great for you” (1 Kg 19:7). The treasure of the Eucharist, which the Lord places before us, impels us towards the goal of full sharing with all our brothers and sisters to whom we are joined by our common Baptism. But if this treasure is not to be squandered, we need to respect the demands which derive from its being the sacrament of communion in faith and in apostolic succession.
I did a Holy Half Hour of the office of readings, morning prayer, and daytime prayer all in one sitting along with other devotional prayers, I'll get a rosary and divine mercy chaplet in on my cemetery walk today.

Usually I can't make a holy hour in a church except when I am traveling with Father Q, so I just make it in my bedroom. However, in seminary we will have a daily holy hour everyday.

In Christ,

Edward

I can think of no other "hour" more holy on earth than Holy Mass.

Knight of the Holy Rosary

Yes I did. I do so daily because of that exact quote from Archbishop Sheen.
