I'm pretty sure that by the time things are getting "spewed" the appearance of bread is no longer present--and thats the basic rule, as long as the Host retains the accident of bread then Christ is present, usually around 10-20 minutes (depending in the source you read) after you receive. Saliva begins the digestive process, so such a small portion would likely be pretty well broken down (molecules aren't THAT big).
