The Same Penance?

I have two about penance

1. Not this time, but the past two times, I recieved the same penance, and I went to the same priest, is that bad if I recieved the same penance?

2. I have but if you don't do your penance, then are your sins not forgiven.

Please note, i have always done my penance.

1. It's not bad to get the same penance.

2. Your forgiveness is not revoked by not doing your penance. There are times that people forget. I have done that before and I usually just confess it the next time. If however one is refusing to do a penance, than that shows a lack of remorse and is a different story.
