Laudate_Dominum
I occassionally like to smoke a pipe. I used to smoke cigarettes but I quit. A girl I know says that smoking a pipe is worse. I tend to think nothing of it. It smells better than cigs, you don't inhale so it doesn't hurt your lungs, you don't get addicted so that you have to smoke all the time, and it seems classier. What do you all think? Is it unbecoming for a Catholic gentleman to smoke an occassional pipe? I actually think it's pretty cool. What do you think, cool or gross? Thanks. Laudate_Dominum
I can't believe how hard it is to quit! I tried by going to a monastery without bringing cigarettes and a priest who was there got so sick of hearing me talk about wanting a cigarette that he went and bought me two packs! I eventually was able to quit by using the patch. I don't think I could've quit without it.
