Hstot Is Sleeping

Recommended Posts

I'm watching him tonight while the rest of the hsfam is otherwise occupied.

First we played outside.

Then we came inside for dinner, but the pizza was too hot so back outside.

Then inside for pizza.

Then outside in the sandbox and trampoline.

Then inside for a couple of books, then we just hung out and talked. I told the story of the Big Mouth Frog, and sang "Little Cabin in the Wood" and then sung a lullaby and he fell asleep. It is cute to see him going to sleep ... and now he's out. :D:

Sounds like my nephew, he's a ball of pure energy from 8 in the morning to 10 at night. He saw a rainbow for the first time ever yesterday. Before that I had forgotten how very exicting rainbows can be, he went threw the house running pulling everybody by their fingers to come see the rainbows, which two had formed over the house.

I think it was a mistake teaching him to use the camera to photograh the rainbow, now he uses it like a gun, running "shooting" everybody, laughing "I gott'em."

Still its cute.

Even more so when he has it backwards and takes pictures of himself...

I was babysitting seven kids this weekend ages 1-11. Strangely, they seem to be the cutest when they are asleep.

Well, since I am referring to her son, I think it's OK.

Oh, right. I forgot you lived in the same state as them. And I guess I didn't read the first post carefully enough...

Fun! I'm jealous! I miss babysitting! Only time I get to babysit anymore is for one of my friends during her son's nap time, so he's always crabby and hates me for making him go down for a nap (although, usually when he wakes up he loves me again...)

That's impressive! The most I babysat for a weekend was 5 ages 1-11; and the 1 yr. old wouldn't sleep when everyone else did, because she was sick, so guess who got NO sleep?? And then the 5 yr. old dumped oatmeal on her head at 6:30 a.m. (dry, thank goodness!) It was a loooooooong day!

He is indeed a funny little dude. Which is why I like hanging out with him.

He introduced me to one of the hsneighbors as "my friend Miss Abby." :hehe:
