Thanks for the feedback everybody!

philosobrat, it was filmed with a pretty decent Hi8 camera... nice amateur gear. Video editing was entirely with Windows Movie Maker, the free application that I think is factory-installed on pretty much every PC. Sound editing and voiceover was done with Cakewalk Sonar 6 PE, which is pro level software. Most of what you here, though, is just the cameras microphone, not very good. I was really surprised how versatile windows movie maker is and how easy it was to learn. I never really dealt with anything like this before, and it was extremely easy to pick up.

Needless to say, it looks and sounds a whole lot better when it isn't a super-compressed 10megabyte internet video.
windows movie maker is pretty great in the fact that its free and reallly easy to use! you did a great job!! :applause:

so we're on Amy Wellborn today! I'm really stoked. She's like the David Letterman of Catholic internet! I guess that pretty much represents market saturation for this sort of thing. We also sent the link to Jimmy Akin, but so far he hasn't posted on it.

we're up to 3400 hits on youtube... and even generating controversy. A few seem very upset that we're not wearing cassocks in it. Something about heresy and rottenness.

Well, I saw the video following yours of "Sports in the SSPX Seminary Saint Thomas Aquinas"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5DB0FZgBrU

I cracked up at the end of the video when it showed them playing ice hockey in cassocks! (I think the only thiong that would top that is a boxing or UFC bout in cassocks).

(too bad they're in schism)

BTW, there was only one thing missing in the video....the "Arian seminarian" needed some Hebrew words to overemphasize or clear his throat to in order to try to impress people...

Other than that, I'm still :lol_roll: :lol_roll: (and I did catch the plane overhead dropping the bomb noise!)

Are you sure you're not related to Professor Turgeson?

Yeah, i just told John to work in as many as he could. We did two takes that I patched together and came up with that. He just hit it out of the park. It was hard not to laugh audibly off-camera. And after this experience I am sure, absolutely sure, that every heresiarch had a buddy just like Rich!

When that guy John talked about "divinity being a category of grace", that brought back memories of a guy I went to Quigley with (his name was also John) who could "swing the golden shovel" so well that Kansas was fertilized for the entire year...
