you could write about getting married, and your reflections on that.

or about graduation, and dealing with the uncertainty of the future

you have all sorts of good meditative stuff to work with ...

Yeah, I suppose.

dUSt, I could do it for you...on engagement, graduation, marriage, catechetical work (specific to whatever job I end up getting), etc.

I think it would be a really interesting idea, dUSt, if you could have a few people make diaries online for public viewing. It might give people a look at what the Catholic life is really like from various people in various fields and times of life.

"A day in the life of a Catholic Youth Ministry Coordinator"... Mine would be too loopy for even PhatMass I think.

I'm not all that talented, nor am I brilliant like some people here, but I could write occassionally if you want. I have no idea what about... but I'll try to think of something and post it eventually.
Sanvean - I like how ur theme is tied together - very applicable to both sides (Catholic and non-catholics) - maybe it could be expanded on...?
Thank you. Yes, I actually had been intending on expanding on it. This is a subject I write quite often on, but typically in a more serialized form; I find that fewer people are interested in reading what I post if it exceeds a page or so at a time. :)

Something like this?
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.

Do you really keep God’s name holy? We are called to keep God’s name holy.

Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Do you do God’s will, or your own? Do you try to make this world a holy place, or do you put your needs before God’s? God calls us to love him above all else.

Give us this day our daily bread.

Do you thank God for what he gives you every day? Do you give back to God a portion of what he granted to you? Everything belongs to God. He just lets us borrow it. Give Him His due.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Do you forgive those who wrong you? Or do you hold grudges. As Christians, we must forgive those who wrong us. We are called to turn the other cheek.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Do you avoid the occasion to sin? As Christians, we must avoid sinful situations.
