It is fun after you pass the hair-pulling-out stage. That part is painful. But after that, it is fantastic :)

That's probably because you are a genius.

Or maybe it's because I had a good deal of experience with Latin before I started taking it this year. Or maybe it's because I actually want to take the class unlike 75% of my class who only take it because they are forced to. Or maybe it's because every time we learn a new case, or a new declension, I can totally relate to it from the Mass or the Little Office (which I pray in Latin during the Summer when I have time). Or maybe it's all of these reasons.

this sums up everything I have been taught in my first year of taking latin:

semper ubi sub ubi!

(yes, that was actually taught in class )

I took one Latin course in college. That was enough for me at my college because as Raphael can agree with, the professor was a little weird. I didn't learn anything I would care to use and some words I should never use.

Laudate_Dominum

"I've studied soooo much Latin"
"How much is it?"
"A lot let me tell you"

Truth be told I am spawn in light of Micah's ludicrously enviable curriculum vitae.

How can 6 people have not take Latin in the first poll but only 2 responded "not applicable" in the second poll?
