Snow

London is covered in a blanket of snow. It's very pretty....

.....but we also had a thunderstorm at the same time it was snowing! :o I've never seen that before.....

........and for the first time ever as I was cooking tonight I cracked open an egg and it was completely rotten inside! :egg::shock:

............is this an end time sign?!!

We get thunder and lightning and snow here in New York, but it really is not all that common.

Now, the rotten egg....may be a sign that the end times are near...for your refrigerator!!! :o:lol:

I wish I could live in England :sadder:

I live in Cincinnati which is 20 years behind the times

Albert Einstein supposedly said

"If the world ends I want to be in Cincinnati because I'll get to live another 20 years :D

I am going to be in Cincinnati at the end of February ... Cincy actually has some cool stuff. One of my favorite bands, Over the Rhine, is from there.

And Ellenita, we had that happen here in Indiana too, snow with lightning. It is a little freaky. Winter storms -- ick!

Ewwww...rotten egg...

We have lots of snow, too. There was a blizzard last weekend. No lightning this time, though. I've only seen that once before.

You've never seen snow?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Girl, you are deprived. You need to come up here to Ohio, where you will see snow aplenty. Or better yet, the New England states, where you won't be able to get out of the house...

Reallly snow is not all that great, Littleflower. You really aren't missing out on much. It's cold, and slippery, and cold, and gets dirty real quick, and its cold. Did I mention it's cold? Bring on the sunshine!!!

We are SOOOO bad at snow in the UK!

I flew back to England from Amsterdam last night. Everwhere in Europe was open (Sweden, Poland and other REALLY cold places) however after about an inch of snow, the airport I was headed for in England decided to shut!!!

I had to land 200 miles out of my way and get pay £200 for a taxi home at midnight! Hooray for company expenses!

Also, my brother took 6 hours to drive the 9 miles from work to home because of a couple of inches of the white stuff!

It's the same every year :( !
