That's the killer as far as being considered Christian by the Catholic Church. For the Chruch to state a denom is not Christian, dialog would take place so the Church could be sure that they are denying the Divinity of Jesus and the Trinity. I know the Church has issued a statement on the Jehovah Witnesses as being non-Christian. M. For a Baptism to be invalid, it would have to also deny the above. I don't know enough about Pentecostal Baptism doctrine to know. And your experiences and udnerstanding of Pentecostals don't jibe with mine, but the the flexiblity/variety of Protestant doctrine, we shouldn't be surprised. But then again, we should also be cautious about making generalizations of any single Protestant denomination cause it will only be partially right on any given day.
