Thy Geekdom Come
Vera, stop in more often. We've missed you. I don't know anything about the majors you're looking into, though. Sorry. With all your traveling, you should do well in diplomatic fields. Very cool.
kateri05
its a shame you already applied, i WENT To dickinson college AND majored in International Studies and LOVED IT!! (and started the newman club, so i can vouch for it as for your list, when i was applying, i was already interested in an IS degree and thus would advise that you seriously consider Middlebury. but of course, its all about the benjamins, and honestly, just as important as $$ is making sure they have a study abroad option that you a)like 2) can afford and c) fits with your program all that said, DICKINSON IS REALLY THE BEST CHOICE :

theculturewarrior
There's really not much I can say that you don't already know. One thing I should mention is that undergrad is a stepping stone to grad school. Think about how the school you choose is going to help you get into the best graduate school you can. Graduate school is where it really counts, assuming you have desire to go on with your studies.
VeraMaria
I ended up deciding on Dartmouth, for several reasons... I think I'm going to be very happy there, as long as I'm careful...gets a bit crazy ;-) I leave in five days on a Pre-Orientation Outdoor trip, thanks for your help!
